Course Overview
Success and values should not be separated from each other. Having strong values does not put you in a disadvantage. On the contrary, having strong values can give you the advantage.

Understanding values should not be limited to religion. It can also be understood in the context of career or business success. Values are oftentimes at the very core of the success of individuals and teams. Some examples of values that bring success: learning, goal-oriented, passion, integrity, strategic work and listening.
